PIFFARD Jeanne (1892-1971)

Born in Paris, she studies at the Julian Academy and is taught by Navellier in the Grande Chaumière. Her first artworks are exhibited from 1913 at the Société des Peintres Orientalistes Français. Her animalist work reminds of Bugatti's impressionist style but with softer shapes. She will be part of the Exposition Internationale in 1937.
